Hi All,

Yes, i do like Progdvb! It is an easy application to record the TV-shows i have missed.

BUT.. I would like to record shows and then stream them to my iPad, so i do not have to convert them and sync them before watching. Is this possible & how do i set the recording options?

Thanks in advance for your answers!

Best regards,

b.

ProgDVB records the DVB streams into the container file, exactly the way they are transmitted, directly or over the time shift buffer, but without post processing.
Real time stream conversion to another format would require enormous CPU power (available), and by this energy, and even then results would normally be quite poor.
Except, if your graphics device provided real hardware support for MPEG2 / h.264 decoding and encoding for the iPad format. No idea if any...

Stream conversion is a typical offline action, as then the output quality to data rate ratio can be far better and frame drops and synch issues avoided easily.
