Few problems with progDVB :(

Dear Friends
I ve two main problems with progDVB.
I ve SS2 v2.6D and I'm using progDVB 4.81
When I'm chaning any channels a message box appears saying "Command not supported!!!" .... What may be the problem ?
Second, with my video. When the video frames are getting changed, the image is seems to be shaking/bluring/not clear.
