How to fix dropped frames

Ok i have foudn this problem after turnign off timeshift and buffer
One i had turned them off and recorded anything the program was droppign frames
After turning timeshift and buffer back on the recordings work fine.
Not sure this isa bug think more due to limitation of recording and the buffer helps fix it
