CI module - problems

CI module sw in ProgDVBinstalation doesn´t work properly for me. I have SS1+CI module+
CRYPPTOWORKSmodule. In CI device menu I can´t read nothing because options are not readable and there are not buttons to enter or leave menu. With CI from Sparc is everything OK.
Is there any idea how to solve it?
