ProgDVB 6.82 x64 free crash at startup

After installation, ProgDVB crashs and tries to restart itself forever.
This happens with new installation, too (not only with an update).
Restoring version 6.81 and old version works good.

Please download ProgDVB again from
www.progdvb.com and install again.

I did it, but no changes.
I can't find the log file in \Report (like showed in prg window).
Previous version works well.
System is Windows 7 x64

I want to point out that even in my configuration with W7 64-bit
The version 6.82 with a message of Crash.
But installing the 32-bit everything works properly.
I think the problem is to install 64-bit.

I just re-downloaded again, but nothing changes.
Same message of a crash.

Hm. Please download more one time, compare size of intstaller file and try install again. I am re upload files.
