Channel-List-Selection-PopupMenu (instead of Tabs) in 6.85.2

Rev. 6.85.2 had a very useful change: a popup-menu (instead of the tabs) for the channel list selection. In the following version it was gone and again tabs are shown agein. Please note: tabs are always too short to show the whole channel list name - so the popup-menu was a real progress!
How to switch between tab-mode and popup-menu-mode???

I saw the drop-down menu in the default skin, some versions ago. But i will not use it, because it doesnt allow re-ordering of satellites (click and drag) as the tab mode does

Some news about this project? I'd not be unhappy to no longer need to click so many times for moving left or right to find the device in default skin; with popupmenu, only two clicks are necessary (one for uppopping and a second to choose) ...

But it´s working for some time now. Right click satellite horizontal selector, and satellite vertical list appears. I like the "Editor" to change the order of satellites.
Ps. I dont use any skin, only tested with default (blank skin).
