from update to 6.87.2. ProgDVB sometimes, typicaly but not usualy when I change channel by left bar,very slow and brake all on PC. This it takes about 1 - 2 mins. And I remember that when I update i can see warning that I must use Netframework 3,5 and higher. But I have installed NetFramework 4.0. My system is Windows XP SP3

Please close ProgDVB after select this channel and send me files from LOgs directory.

Sorry, but where I can find Log dir ?? In C:\Program Files\ProgDVB isn't.

Check c:\ProgDVBLogs also.

Sorry for long delay but in my PC was death power supply and I haven't time to repair it. Till now. And now I reinstall Windows and still have this problems. And I try to find ProgDVBLogs*.* on all my partitions. And nothing.

You have to enable logs.
Settings>Options>Debug & repair> and check all about logs.
Not good keep logs always on, the log files get bigger and bigger. So, before using logs, delete the old logs directory to get a new small one, and pertinent results.

If you use a TBS6925 as me, there´s an old bug of Progdvb which when changing frequencies retunes several times a weak transponder, in a undesirable way, freezing PC for many seconds but normally less than 30 seconds.

btw, modern version (in prerelease) can skip low symbolrate

When i change channels ProgDVB freezing all in my computer for a minute.
My system is Windows 7 32 bit, NetFramework 4.0, and he is my log for a 10 minuts of work:

What channel is slow?

Ps: I am recomend change demux and audio renderer at first.

What demux best for you?

It is not easy to say what is the best demux. Here all of them work.
The Progdemux has a problem: it freezes system, takes 100% CPU when receiving bad signals, so I cant use it.
The Arcsoft seems the lighter, less CPU use and memory using it.

For every user (PC + channels, CPU load not important) self best demux. I am only collect statistic.
