Hauppage HVR-1100 - possible to watch DVB-C?

Hi!
I have digital cable subscription at home, and i just discovered progDVB. Can i watch DVB-C on my PC with HVR-1100?

No , this card only support DVB-T and analog cable tv...

No idea about the digital cable situation in Estonia, but as a subscriber you should know, if that's scrambled. If so, you'd supposingly need a DVB-C card with CI, a suitable CAM and your subscriber card in it.
Please notice that not for all crypt systems there are any working CAMs availabe.
However, in such a case, first to start on, would surely be the original application of such a DVB-C card. A CI (and CAM + card) equipped DVB-C card should be able to work, basically.
Avoid (DVB-C cards with) BDA drivers, if you (still) want to use alternative free DVB soft on that, as BDA driver architecture limits hardware access enormously. So things like that may (not must) fail with 3rd party soft.
Some crypted digital cable services only allow certified receivers, marry cards with their serial number and alike, No chance then, even with an original subsriber card.
Try to find out more from the site of your cable provider, first of all.
