Switching problem

Hi, I cannot get all channels working.
I have a Diseqc with 4 LNBs.
Im using ProgDVB 4.82, SkyStar II rev. 2.6 with 4.2.8 drivers (4.4 do not work, cause I dont have service pack 2 in XP )
And all channels above cca 12000KHz do not work- no signal.
I have tried all "distinguish by" alternatives, no result.
Can you help me?
How to set this up, so that it works?
