SKYSTAR 2 & ProgDVP

I bought SKYSTAR 2 card for my desktop computer.
I want to buy the PROGDVB Professional from the website, can somebody help me please, what I have to do to open the decode channels in Nile SAT and Hot bird.
Do I need to install or buy any plug-in? If yes which one? Is There any help document for the setting to my PROG DVP to open this channels?
