Hello,

I'd running a ProgDVB Professional x64 6.90 trial version on my Win7 PC since November 6th 2012.
On December 1th I bought a licence and activated it in the registration window.

On December 31th I got a serious virus/trojan on my PC so that I had to format the HD and install Win7 again. However before formatting I wrote down the CDID code as well as the Hardware-ID.

After reinstalling ProgDVB again, I wanted to register again with the CDID code but I'm always getting the message 'Error: Unknow product ID number'.

How can I have this fixed ?

Please install modern ProgDVB, fill form, push on "copy all" and send me data on email.

Thx for your help, but what do you mean by modern ProgDVB ?

Updating ProgDVB Pro x64 6.9 or downloading version 6.91.3 or 6.91.4 although these two include ProgTV which I don't need ?

You can not use ProgTV. But modern version always better
