ProgDVB try to connect Comodo servers? why?!

hi prog. when i open progdvb it try to connect to this addresses:
ProgDvbNet.exe - crl.comodoca.com:80
ProgDvbNet.exe - ocsp.comodoca.com:80
but why?? also a file with name : "mscorsvw.exe" do the same. can you explain please?
