progdvb problem with frequancy 11317 v hotbird

dear sir
i want see T.TV in sat hotbird frequancy 11317 v 27500
but when selecet this channel video is black and no show video
but when record with ts format and play with mediaplayer have video
please help me .
prog dvb is update
codec tested
cyberlink
nvidia
arcsoft
elcard

1. Try scan channels again.
2 Try change video renderer in ProgDVB settings.

check with other player channel is ok

i can confirm this problem, tested right now , no audio or video. time shift keep moving but the play/pause button changing every 1 second.(play icon 1 second after will change to pause and so on ...)
saw this problem before ...

changed Demultiplexor from Prog to Microsoft now i have video but NO audio. (T.TV 11317000 V 27500)

same problem on a channel on Eutelsat w3a 7^E, name: CONCERTS , 11617000 V 30000 (scrambled)
with prog demux no video , with microsoft demux have video but no voice.
