Cannot relate ProgDVB channels to XmlTV channels

ProgDVB Pro. x64 6.95.04
1) Import XML
2) ProgDVB Channels shown - XmlTV channels empty and drop down list for each channel also?
1) Open same XML in EPG viewer works fine

I have replaced the latest X64 ProgDVB installation with ProgDVB x32 Pro/COMPUTERBILD v.6.91.3 from your download page.
This seems to be the most stable version, here EPG/XmlTV works and also no sync issues between picture/sound.

You must make link for xmltv. In Settings->TV Sources->IPTV or Settings->Options->Guide

That doesn't work prog - XML (TV info) can only be imported in the old version

working. New version not request file. You can set link and setup links with channels if need.

I don't understand - was this a change or an error? - either way, it doesn't work in the latest versions. What I can see is that it works in 6.91.03 - 32 bit (*it may also work in the X64, but I have not tested).
To be perfectly honest; this has always been an issue one way or the other in ProgDVB, with regards to IPTV and import/showing xmltv-EPG.
The 6.91.03 is quite good, and IMO one of the better versions I have used.
I only use it for IPTV.

Can you describe step by step what you do?
ps: in moden version you must only enter link in Settings->TV Sources->IPTV

In the new version just adding path to XML file and alias, trying with local file and Internet url, when I get it to update; either nothing further happens or error with "cannot connect to prog update server" which make no sense at all, or do you collect xmlt information?
I'm sticking to the old version as long as possible and hope one day you will produce a working interface for xmlt and IPTV.
My suggestion to you is to split "stable" and "development" versions for download in the future. It's a highly active application when it comes to updated versions.

Spited. Unstable version in "prerelease" page. xmltv in last version is stable and in 10 times better then on old.
But why you import from file? It is not very typical before xmltv must be automatic updated every 8 hours.
