Hello,

Can anybody please tell me how can I use Prog Media Server? It's unicast and I open vlc and open network stream http://192.168.1.x:10999 but it's not working.

In other dvb applications it used to work fine on Unicast with vlc. Any idea?

I've been trying for 3 hours and nothing.

I selected the network interface for my lan (assigned by my router), and I tried to open the webpage, it works fine.. but when I try to open with VLC it doesn't work.
VLC is unable to open the MRL 'http://192.168.1.241:10999/ch/al-nahar'. Check the log for details.

Any ideas? I really love progdvb and I don't want to use other software just for streaming.

try channel with only english chars. For example rename to "test" and push on apply on server.

Hi Prog,

I think I know what's the problem now, thing is the connection is not stable for some reason. If I get the error from VLC, I have to keep trying until it works. It doesn't work from first time (unless lucky).

It have nothing to do with special characters, I just have to keep pressing Play in VLC until it connects. I have no idea why it's not stable.
