Automated eMail-notificatoin for every new version?

Is there an automated eMail-notification that can be subscribed to (to get an eMail as soon as a new version is available)?

The thing is that I use ProgDVB usually on a PC that is not in the internet; so I only get the info about new version when I use it on a different PC (that is in the internet but I usually don't use for TV) ...
