Installed again my /old/technotrend card in a pentium 4 Xp pc, but the screen stays black either in soft or hardmode.

tryed different prog versions but no succes..

Signal and quality seems to be ok..


in options video and audio elecard is chosen, other options did not work aswell renderer is prog ..

Elecard and other codecs not working in hardmode. Do you have same problem in other software or ProgDVB versions?

This card was always working fine in a pentium 3 350 Mhz!! system with the first! and the later progdvb software.

In hard and soft mode,

This technotrend has a build in mpeg 2 as i can remember, and uses almost zero cpu usage

and now i have tryed with a lot of older prog software and result the same / untill the last prog dvb engine /

Try enable "Software scale" in Settings->Device options.

ps: ss1 have problem with modern video card. But I am not remember solution. may be some bios settings...

Software scale not sucessfull, but this videocard is a much newer then the original setting.

will try with direct video output connected to scart of television, need to make cable first,

Connected tt card directly with video out to video in on television but no picture, only see the epg when switching channel,

after that screen stays black, in hardmode ( in softmode can,t select video out / rgb out )

So this issue don,t have anything to do with the graphic card because i take the signal straight out of the technotrend.

Sound in soft and hardmode works.

with the channel properties i see that the in the pid table the video and the ac 3, ecm stays on zero.. must have a value here i think..

Hardmode not support ac3...

Have the card working now on different ( fta) channels, but on some fta stations still no picture, what i noticed was that a television channel with channel search shows up like a radio channel, and also in the channel properties the pid table give the wrong video pid and pmt value shows wrong number..
