look at this moments friend)).
there are two tbs modules by different authors. Modules/TBS.eBDA & TBS.eBDA2. Default works TBS.eBDA2. U can delite this safely.
More technically and rightly see
; Logging level. Default disabled (0).
Log=1
; Use direct hardware control. Default disabled (0).
HWControl=1
; Signal levels type. 1 - Level=SNR*5, Quality=f(BER). 2 - Level=100+RFLevel, Quality=SNR*5.
; Default use levels from driver (0).
LevelsType=1
; RFScan delay(ms) before AGC read. Default 10 ms.
;Delay=0

But 7301 full works fine through TBS.eBDA.
And turn off "Use Demultiplexor and TIF" and "Use ITunerRequest" in the card properties. Important!

Hi mate,
Thank you for showing interest.
Yes "tbs.eBDA2" erased.
How should I implement this function?
"
turn off "Use Demultiplexor and TIF" and "Use ITunerRequest" in the card properties."
Regards.

1. yes. Must be good with this set.
2. signal level exactly looks like conceived manufacturers during the writing of their drivers )) (card, receiver...) Its only digits. More or less scientific result see with ebda2. But these figures do not affect the viewing and quality. It's just fiction.

First of all, thank you for your response.
I would agree. A month ago, I sent e-mail to the manufacturer. Still no response.
However, ProgDVB thought this problem I can be overcome.
Because, "Prog Finder" realistic signal can be received.
realistic ;
So, I thought, ProgDVB team solves this problem.
In addition;
Crazycat's "Dev_Bda2Driver_0.2.1.1156" realistic ;
Anyway... Now, "Omicom S2" card I ordered. As for the card, "realistic signal levels subject" I will continue to deal with out another card.
Regards.

Not it now/
Prog must check manufaktures mistakes? For a what? Many other problems in the program.
The more so that it does not affect to quality of the receiving!

Yes, yours I full understand.
DVB-Players the "signal levels" I do not have an interest in a particular cause.
But;
Several frequencies, "lower-threshold to determine the level" I always been attracted to.
Previously, "TechnoTrend S2-3200" I was using a TV card. Signal levels, all dvb players was the same.
"Prof Tuners 7301" began to work with, the problem has my interest now.
Now just so "Omicom S2" I ordered.
Satellites inside hobby, "a special interest" I can say.
Regards.

Its very quick ckan&lock card, cheap. All fine(some nuances-up) in w7x64.
PS I just prefer to repair wasapi than repaired signal level.

I have a similar problem with SkyStar 2 eXpress HD.
With BDA driver signal level is incorrect:
I'm sure it's not true value. With this value watching tv couldn't be possible.
When I switch device to WDM the level is OK.
I use the latest driver:
