I've tried every combination I can think of to get the Astrometa DVB-T/T2 BDA drivers to provide HD (like BBC One HD...) through ProgDVB.

The provided software from Astrometa can get HD channels fine, but they don't show up in the channel list for ProgDVB.

Is there something I'm missing?

No channels after scan? Try Settings->Device options->One tuner at once.

I get all of the channels, except HD channels. I have 'Not start more than one device at once' checked in the TV Sources -> BDA options dialog.

Try manual scanner.
