in first time sorry my english, it's very wrong
if i for example install some software and my ProgDVB is runnig, show me messagebox, to accept admin privilegies, ProgDVB stop video, sound playing. my system is Windows 8.1 32bit

Try change video renderer in ProgDVB Settings.
