Elecard Video Decoder

I have been using Prodvb for a few years, and in the last few days I get a message that I need to purchase MPEG2 video decoder. Is this for real? If it is please advise the full link to do this.
I have many programs that use Mpeg2 video decoder, and so I suspect that I own many licences to this codec.
Will you kindly advise?
