Problems with Nvidia drivers 9X.XX

Hi
I use Prog DVB 4.78.1 and i had so far a Geforce 5900XT
I experienced this problem earlier, now i have a Geforce 7600GT.
The Problem is, when i use a newer nvdia Driver then 77.21 the screen in Prog DVB is black. i hear the sound of the channel, and when I move the window i can also see some stil-Images from the channel, but I can't really watch anything.
And it doesn't matter which Direct Draw Codec I choose
I tried every damn option i can choose... normaly it worked great with the "mainconcept"
and the only thing i change was the Nvidia driver for my new graphiccard, but i got the same problem with my old Card, but i can't now not just use a older driver anymore.....
Help, please !
I have a Hauppauge DVB-S card and with tv-nexus is also running great......
