All Channels Lost on Restart

I installed the updated version of ProgDVB Pro, 64 bit V7.1, Engine Version 6.125. On the early version all worked OK, but with the new version every time I shut ProgDVB and then restart, my channels are still listed in the left hand column, but no channel will play. Both "L" and "Q" are very low. When I do a channel search all the channels are found again and then they work. Close down and run the prog again and I can't watch a channel till I do the channel search again.
Channel search works OK, but it is not remember on restarting.
Haswell CPU 26G RAM, GTX 660 Video card. DVB-T signal.

Check TV sources.

Sources are fine. Sources show the two tuners in my dual USB tuner.
Previous version was 7.08.1.0
Forgot to say I have Win 8.1 64 with the previous version of ProgDVB and the current 7.1

2 dvb-t tuners? Check Multi channels options in ProgDVB.
ps: No important changes in ProgDVB for you case very long time. may be some problem with import of old list or TV Sources.

It is very untypical device because only one tuner for 2 modes. Best if you need one mode for example DVB-T.
