My problem is that when she was a version 7.11.0 progdvb then when scanning program DVB-C with multiplex Serbia located 208 channels.Sa version 7.12.03 and with the same multiplex Serbia is 108 channels .Da mention it happens from software version 7.11 .0 and all subsequent versions until 7.12.03.

Try add small delay in Options->Scanner. For example 500-1000ms. Same problem?

Try check "Use demux" and "Use TIF" in Settings->[device name]

possible - yes. Must be 3 tuner in TV sources if ProgDVB detect device.
