Wrong aspect ratio

Situation: DVB-T in SD, but non-square pixels. The picture is shown with black stripes on left and right side, and the picture is horizontally squashed. The picture is meant to be shown in broad format 16:9 (then the picture is not squashed), but shown on normal format (4:3).
Second problem: when having tv-window-100%-mode the black stripes appear again. They should not be there in tv-window-mode! If you switch manually to 16:9 or free floating the stripes are not appearing ...
