How do play list iptv without local network

The nĘ”,i have a list iptv play on local net work (http://*.*.*.*:*****).i want it on without network.

Still not clear. Do you like receive channels over internet? At first you must install last ProgDVB and ProgTV and open port on firewall/router.

You must use http mode for internet. These links only for local network.

Too many reason on network level. Any firewall or your internet provider can block port for external connection.

Depended from firewall. Every OS and router have firewall by default. Also some providers block ports.
