hi, i want know 1 thing:

sometimes the program crash (very rarely), but if i'm not at home
the program stay with a window where ask what to do and i lose
many hours of records.

it is a mode inside configuration, that the program if crash,
can start again alone without my help ???

Some old versions have this function but not modern. It is not easy because question "What is crash?"
In any case some remote desktop (Team viewer?) is best solution for you.
