Hello, can someone help to solve this issue?

I use an .ini trasponder list from kingofsat, starting search the channel in ProgDVB but the parameters finds are wrong.
The parameters are exactly one trasponder AFTER the one associated to a channel.

For example, a channel that must to be in TP 11919 ? After search in ProgDVB is set to 11938.

Btw the channel works with correct parameters instead the wrong set by ProgDVB after scanning.

I have deleted all channel list, all folder and reinstalled from zero progdvb but the problem remain the same.

Actually i use the latest version (7.17.02).

Somebody have the same issue?

Try change LNB parameters in TV Sources.

I am using latest progdvb. while searching channels some channels were missing. I am using only one intelsat 17 (66e) and the frequency 3945v28800; 3966H14400; 4015v30000 were some channels missing. 1.maatv and some 2.Interact tv; Meenakshi tv
3.channel ufx were missing

And while blind scanning all the frequencies were less for some 15

I am using windows 10 pro.. Is this happening because of Microsoft network . If I install version 2.0 Microsoft network, will all channels could be tuned? or the same would be

That is not depended from OS. Do you try manual scanner?

Yes. I did manual search. But no channel.
