Today I tried the new Version 4.80 of ProgDVB. In the old version 4.72 the hole AC3 worked fine. But in the new version I get the sound like Micky Mouse is talking. The sound has a high frequence and it is like a "fast forward" played file.
This problem only exists while looking the program live, but I can RECORD the programm with AC3 WITHOUT problems. The recorded files is okay !
Who can help?

as you can read on www.progdvb.com since 4.74/4.78.4 a new version of elecard codec is in use...so try other codec ...

But that is the problem. What codecs can I try? Where can I get these codecs? How to build in these codecs to progdvb and how to configurate?

get filtergraphs from here : http://rapidshare.de/files/29451551/Grafs.zip.html
copy the content in \progdvb\filtergraphs
install Powerdvd or Windvd or ffdshow etc...
start progdvb and choose one of the proper filtergraphs in menu : Settings->video/audio->direktshow
and choose progdvb renderer or one of the vmr renderer
done...

I have Progdvb 4.82 and AC3 problems. The sound scratches and picture friezes. I have also noticed that i have only 2 options under audio and video settings. Maistream and mainstream+AC3filter. I have installed powerdvd and many oder codex but no god.

I have done all and more, no AC3
Then I have selected all the audio and video boxes "empty space" and now it works. I have also set AC3 as default sound under program properties the programs that have AC3.
PS.: AC3Filter 1.11 has now a icon to show his properties in the task bar. It is nice to check activity
