Hi,
I am having the same problem as user user4711 no audio. It was working in previous versions x64, though unsure which one 7.31 ?
I have connected my laptop via HDMI to my TV and there is sound. I too have tried changing all setting in sound options and codecs

About audio. Looks like not good codec for AC3. Try install and select in ProgDVB settings - AC3filter (https://ac3filter.net)

Have loaded ac3filter to replace Lav filter - still no sound. Have attached new logs - will send password to you by direct email - thanks

Hm. No errors in logs. Check audio levels in File->Direct show-> Audio decoder.

ps: Also you can try change audio renderer to system and demux (of first page of options) to Microsoft. But in looks like current configuration is good.

I have tried what you have suggested on audio decoder AC3Filter properties opens and there is movement in input levels for AAC and AC3- but still no sound. I then changed audio renderer type to system that made no difference. Just to check it is not my system, I then uninstalled your current version and reinstalled version 7.30.04 all working. I think this is the last version without audio problem though I cannot be 100% sure. I am happy to work with you to solve the problem please advise - thanks Mark

I can now confirm that the last version working with audio was 7.31.0. All audio formats AAC MPEG and AC3 then stopped working.

No one report with same problem. You must have some specific settings of ProgDVB or windows.
Please try install ProgDVB to different folder (for example c:\ProgDVB) with portable mode for total reset on settings. Same problem? Is it depended from demux?

I have done what you have suggested. I loaded a portable version of the latest 7.32.1 x64 in C:ProgDVB drive no sound trying Lav and AC3 filter
I then loaded a portable version in a different folder in C: of version 7.31 all sound working.

When I first had this problem I did a fresh install of Windows on my desktop but it made no difference. I usually customise the Win 10 image I use on my desktop and was thinking I had created the problem myself.

The last few hours I have loaded a fresh install of Windows 10 1909 x64 image without any modification on to my laptop.
I repeated the above with the same result – so perhaps others have not been complaining about the problem.
I hope we can work to solve this issue as I really enjoy your program.

Not need reinstall windows. This is request to much time and not help in 99% of cases.

Demux on first page ProgDVB settings. Also you can try Audio renderer in ProgDVB.

btw, try disable audio processor in Options of ProgDVB.

Same Problem here.
1 machine windows 7 64, other W8.1 64bit
Installing AC3 codecs or disable audio processor did not work.
Now reinstalled v. 7.31, now sound is working
