Sorry, still waiting for a reply from Tecnisat. I did ring them and was told it was better to submit my questions via email. In the mean time I am back to using my good old Skystar 1.

The reply from TechniSat:
Technisat is always ready to offer its products on the latest hardware and
software development.
Please understand that we can only afford in terms of TechniSat products
service and support. Software or equipment from other manufacturers -
including Identical-we will not answer any questions
Here you will have to contact the manufacturers of the ProgDVb. As they have
their own forum.
The SkyStar HD 2 does support motort antenna. And as before we only support
our own software and devices. On our DVBViewer TE2, in DiseqC, please click on
Preset Position then in transponder list, give in the frequency that you need
and make a scan.

Can't get it to move with their software either. What a surprise.

it can be hardware problem. For example low power for motor.
ps: Try usals and not usals mode in ProgDVB.

I have some news!
i got temporary working of Diseq movement in the Skystar HD2 (v6.48.01).
... Let's say we watch a channel in 13E
1) select channel in the new satellite(19E). rotor does not goto...
2) Select Settings/ "DiseqC and Providers"
3) select "positioner"
4) select "Properties" , here we get some kind of delay in response ...
5) Click another channel in that new sattelite (19E) , you get Quality and signal normally!
I must note , i use USALS.
summary: Seems like ProgDVB send the rotor command only when you check positioner-properties , not when you change channel.

News 2!
Seems like i don't need to get into Positioner properties.
I only have to click the channel i want to see,
then another channel in another transonder to lock the Quality and signal ,
and back again to the channel i want to see.
Also tried 10 times repeat command same.

Update 3.
Just noticed i had "Refresh channel on lost signal" off.
So now all work ok , with a single click the rotor moves and picture comes !

Got mine working also by changing to a TeVii S470 satellite card, plugged it in and it worked first time.
