Yes, TS recorder must record all pids include crypted.

With ProgDVB Pro 7.06 recorded. No crypt8 !

Do you try file in some analyzer or other software? I am check result of record and crypted traffic present. Or?

Channel or transponder? TS recorder write crypted TS only in all TS mode.

I am check again and not found any problem. ProgDVB record all stream from transponder include crypted packets.
all transponder stream=true
Skip crypted packets=false
all transponder stream=true
Skip crypted packets=false
