THE SOFTWARE FREEZES (STOP RESPONDING) ON 'CHANNEL SEARCH'

I live in Lagos, Nigeria and uses HP DV4 Pavilion running Windows7.

I have set up My LIGHTWAVE USB DVB-S Box (Advanced USB2.0 DVB-S TV BOX) with the driver supplied and installed the PROGDVB software but i have a problem:

1. When I install PRODVB in Window7 32bit, the software freezes (stop responding) few seconds after starting 'channel search'.

I also could not install my box in Window7 64bit since the driver supplied with my box does not support 64bit

try settings>other>scanner.. delay after scaner 100ms

usually it may be bad driver not work with some transponder. try ask card makers.
