ProgDVBEngine.dll crash in 6.49.09 - Windows Vista

I checked the event viewer in Vista today after ProgDVB crashed, and this was what it listed:
I also run this under compatibility mode for Windows XP, for the record.
What could cause this? I ran an anti-malware scan, no viruses were found, so what's causing this?Log Name: Application
