signal but no video

hi i have signal of around 70% level and quality i download intervideo, powerdvd, sonicdvd, mainconcept and elecard im using a broadlogic 2030 and a triple lnb dish but cannot get video nor audio

still no video nor audio i have been reading for a while but im stuck i already install all softwares recomended

Must work (works fine here with several codecs in several progdvb versions)...Maybe you have installed too many codecs...this may confuses windows (no joke !)...
try with older version of progdvb...

i install 4.62.6 getting signal but when i scan the transponder find no channels then i download a dvb channel playlist and when i click on some channels i received 68% on signal level and quality but no video nor sound

Other dvb-soft work ?
maybe reinstall dvb-card drivers ...

reinstall dvb-card driver and try the soft that come with the card ...this must work 100%...if not ...your card may be broken..

do i have to do something with the filters? what is that about hard mode and soft mode

your card have no ´hard mode´..only cards with hardware decoder like Technotrend premium series or hauppauge nexus have this..
reinstall dvb-card driver and try the soft that come with the card ...this must work 100%...if not ...your card may be broken..
btw. ´filter´ is only an other word for ´codec´

just in case when i go to device options i only have 1 option
enable query signal strength
and when i go to file and then property i find no decoder info.
i already register the filter already

i dont know which software came with the card its a broadlogic 2030 i get i without any software
