ProgTV1.07 android problem when stream from PC DVBS card to mobile !
only channel work is HD only and no sound !
I have a dish and PC to Mobile not work good.

ProgTV for Android use android codecs. But most Android devices not have codec for mpeg2 (not HD channels). Same with AC3. What audio format you use?
ps: Not bad codec collection on Android boxs for video playback. Like minix or other cheaper devices.

I am not know way for installation codec on android. Need transcoding on server site (not supported in current version) or other way of playback on client. Or special android device for playback

Or you can use m3u from Prog Media client in other android player.

You can try 2-3 IPTV players for experiment.

IP-TV with BSPlayer FREE is work good but 4K Channel in hotbird ( HOT BIRD 4k1 )
10930 H 30000 not work good is low FPS
and IPTV in Progdvb not work with diseqc good load only one sat not other sat

Afaik 4K not high bitrate for WiFi and android.
About diseq. Do you try collect channels from different lists in one?

wifi in sony xperia z1 = 72 Mb speed and mobile is support 4K videos I try sample 4K work very good
the router is tp-link TD-W8970 is support up to 450 Mb wifi speed

If low FPS then low CPU or WiFi speed (important real speed)

the CPU in PC intel i7 3770K @ 4.3 Ghz
in mobile sony Snapdragon 800 2.1 Ghz Quad Core
but the speed on Wifi in mobile 72 Mb
in computer used Lan Speed is 1 GB speed and router is 450 MB Speed

You must check real speed. Try transfer file.

the transfer speed no problem I transfer 200 mb = 30 seconds
