I'm not aware of any kodi iptv client (compatible with prog media server)which support recording and timeshift
Please let me know if it exists.

I just checked the IPTV PVR client
It consists of .dll, addon.xml and some other resources files
Therefore, i think it's not that hard to do it (only if you have the knowledge of course )
