settings->options->multi-channels->'"dual-tuner" open channel ony any device with same position' is set.

i start recording "channel A" on device "dev1".
Now if i try to select a second "channel B" from the same transponder, "channel A" goes into the small PiP and "channel B" comes up in full ...

ok. let's start from scratch. I got the dual-tuner card tbs 6981 and have both inputs configured to the Astra 19.2E.

I can then run the scan for both the devices A and B.
Then i get two channel lists. One for each device.
