With the same configuration, ProgTV version 2.01.4 is working.

Just a few weeks/months ago, the EPG was working properly.

Now it no longer works with new versions. It works well if the name of the TV channel is identical in the m3u file and in the xml file. It seems that tvg-id tag is no longer taken into account.

Just to confirm that crashes are due to AC3 format of audio.
It would be great to be able to choose a different video player like VLC or MX Player in options.

No, with FFD, no crash but the video quality is not very good.

I did several tests with 2 different box TV with ProgTV Android v2.07.8 (11.12)
With and without the engine and with 2 different video streams.

First Box
MXIII-G / Android 5.1
CPU : Amlogic S812 Quad Core up to 2.0GHz (Cortex-A9)
GPU : Octa core ARM Mali-450 GPU up to 600MHz
RAM : DDR3 2GB ...

Unfortunately, I already tried to disable ProgDVB Engine without success.


Could it be a vidéo codec problem?
The app uses the codecs installed on the Android device? Maybe I need to install codecs?

In the m3u file, i have this address for a channel :

But I have always an error message "Server error" with ProgTV.
