I copied the .dll version 4.84.1 and channel scan worked just fine!

I have a fresh installation of a Windows XP SP2 (just the OS and all the drivers). I am trying to use ProgDVB 4.85.1 with a Technotrend Budget S-1401 card (driver version 2.19h).
