I still have this problem but no answer up to now.
Maybe the Pro Version can activate the HD channels but with the freeware version no HD channels are in the channels list.

The same problem with my Nova-HD-S2 PCI card. I have no HD channels in the channel list.
Only SD channels are working.
(In device list is standing : {BDA} Hauppauge Win V88x DVB-S/S2 Tuner /Demod)

Is there already a solution for this problem?
