Teletext minor feature

I have enjoyed Progdvb for quite some time (some version 4),
One small thing that annoys me is that the national codepage
I use (swedish) never is saved in a setup and autoset next time I use Progdvb.

1 or 2 extra pixel (with background color) larger teletext window on the right side would also ...

I have the same problem since version 5.12.7. and 8

I installed 5.12.6. made a copy of modules/dba.device file
and installed 5.12.8, renamed the installed dba.device to dba.device144
and the copyfile dba from 5.12.6 to dba.device

Now 5.12.8 works with dba.device 1.42
