oh and forgot to mentions that even with wintv it still gives me a reading of 100% level 0% quality

100% level 0% quality ??
ok so what am i doing wrong i have a hauppauge nova s pci card when i open progdvb it gives me a level reading of 100% and quality 0% my lnb settings are correct and all so what am i doing wrong?
