Below is my problem description, please help me solving it:
1. ProgDVB (v 5.14.01)
2. Windows Vista Ultimate.
3. SkyStar USB (driver v4.4.1)
History: I was having XP installed on my laptop with the same receiver and ProgDVB; i was having no issues at all. Everything was woking very well ...
