deleted progdvb.ini and restored progdvb.ini_copy, all is good

i installed progdvb and ran it and it worked, although i had some reception issues so i moved my card to another pci slot.

When I started progdvb I was trying to change this but it crashed. Now when I start it I get a dialog box that says
