Same problem here (ProgDVB 5.14.08 with Pinnacle USB 400e). When I change channels "ARD" loses audio and video signal, "ZDF" loses video and for example "RTL Television" loses audio.
Not only program restart solves it but also go into the options and press "OK" and everything's perfect again ...
