I look manufacter site on web and seems that card is no more driver updated

I have just bought an new pc with intel I3-7100, MSI Mb H270 with windows 10 x64Pro running on and my old Tevii S464 pci dvb card is only hardware recognized by the system and i give driver error saying not compatible with this platform (Win10)
The S464 driver is the last release from Tevii ...

I dont have list on the phone. but connection failure from server.
I have disable firewall on Windows and on router.
Antivirus is disable too.
There are somebody that are using these app. without problems?

I cant setup correctly progdvb and progtv on my smartphone.
I would like to stream channels from pc to my smartphone. I get server error on my smartphone.
Can someone post a little tutorial for both setup?

Hi to all,
I have installed Progdvb 5.15.11 and every time I close it, the green signal don't switch to red. I suppose that supply to the lnb is still active.
Is possible to switch it off closing progdvb
