I finally got my TwinhanDTV 1022A working with Windows Vista x64.

ProgDVB correctly detects my card and I set the DiSEqC to none and added Astra 1F, 1H, 1KR, 1L, 1M, which is listed as Astra 19,2°E.

When I perform a channel scan, ProgDVB finds only a number of international channels ...
