how can I start ProgDVB with /NoGraph key?

I want to watch dvb on my laptop but the dvb card is kworld on my desktop.

I used progdvb server home and it works great but I don't want to run progdvb all the time on the desktop. Is there any way to launch the server module without progdvb application ? And if not is there any other way to ...
