Problem solved. I simply forgot to start ProgDVB with Admin-Rights.

I have got an Technisat Cablestar HD 2 and Windows 7 x64 as OS.
With DVBViewer TE2, which was delivered with the DVB-C card, everythings works fine.

But I want to use ProgDVB and have some problems with it:
